This is the perfect companion for your Mac Mini. It gives you the USB A ports that are missing, the SD Card reader that is non existent, and if you get the high speed version of the product, you get a drive that is literally 60% faster than the internal storage. I bought the version that included the 2TB storage pre-installed which made it an even better deal compared to purchasing storage at current market prices.

I originally purchased my SER6 back in 2024 and recently encountered an unfortunate hardware failure that prevented my device from booting and restoring/reinstalling windows.

I contacted BeeLink support and they worked with me to perform troubleshooting steps to attempt a full reinstall using their latest OEM installation media. When that also failed, they confirmed that I was still within the 2-year warranty period and immediately started the process to replace my device.

I paid to return my broken device via UPS and upon arrival at their warehouse, they provided me options for the replacement unit. Unfortunately, the SER6 was no longer in stock, but BeeLink was flexible and allowed me to upgrade to the SER8 for a very reasonable price!

It took just under 4 weeks from the original email requesting support to my new device reinstalled in my home office. While for some this might be a while to be without their PC - my gaming laptop was sufficient during the lapse - the highly responsive BeeLink support team kept me confident that things were progressing as expected through the entire process.

- No angry emails.
- No stressful phone calls.
- No constant follow-ups due to radio silence.

I truly believe the hardware issue was a fluke - it happens. Their devices have otherwise been well worth the money so far for both me and my family members who have purchased others in their lineup. But the customer service experience I had will certainly mean repeat business in the future.

Bought for video editing and it is working great. I thought I would be able to add another SSD but the case does not seem to open?

I was pleasantly surprised that this little unit had the best of everything I was looking for. Only one feature left off my list that I assumed was included and found out upon connection that the USB-C was not Thunderbolt.

It's great to be able to upgrade it if need be, but the actual process is very difficult, as you need to unscrew a lot of things and make sure not to damage cables.

I am using two ME Mini, both with Proxmox 9, running TrueNAS Scale, JellyFin and Immich on them in addition to some other small services. Runs nicely and looks cool in my rack.

I would really love to get a 9-bay version of it, to move my 50TB+ main media server to three ME Mini 9-bay's.

General remarks:
eMMC is not really needed, an option for 32GB RAM would be cool, bring 5 or even better 10GBit/s NIC, neither Bluetooth nor WLAN card makes much sense. PSU could be a bit stronger (you know why).

I'm using it for 3 months now.

Every inch/mm of it is thoughtfully engineered.
Every part of it has a function, no unused space.
It has exact fittings, no loose parts, very compact case.
It was a joy to assemble.

The switchable motherboard will be a great feature if there will be more options.
I'm really looking forward to some motherboards with Ryzen CPU and the possibility to upgrade to at least 32GB memory to make it more capable than the N95 or N150 with 12-16GB. I would buy one right away.

The cooling is one of the best parts. The fact that the whole case is thick aluminium was a great idea. It is not hot at all, just pleasently warm with 2pcs of 18TB server grade hard drives and 3pcs of 2TB NVME SSD drives, all of them around 40 degrees Celsius.

I used approx. 100 PCs, mini PCs, NAS devices in my life and this is easily in the top 5 of best engineered ones. I was so happy to see this quality on this market.

tried low power mode all setttings power savings last 30 minutes all performance settings last 20 minutes diablo 4 and shuts off wall adapter quits working heat vent pipes need to be under side of the cables and a wall outlet 120mm fan lifted and placed where the pipe blow outs are and sucking the hot air out all the way all cables cooled like the mini x like that need 2 usb c power cables 100w pd option need to buy or include 2 200w wall adapters 2 240w 40gbps cables for this feature.

Initially, the docking station failed to recognize the 5090, but after several attempts and some trial and error, I discovered that the power cable was the issue. Once I purchased a compatible power cable, I successfully got the 5090 to be recognized.

Due to potential cable burning issues and the 600W power limit of the EX PRO docking station, I undervolted the 5090 for better stability.
I'm very pleased that the performance hit is much smaller than expected.

One slight disappointment was that it was quite difficult to find a 2x8-pin to 16-pin adapter power cable suitable for connecting a high-end GPU like the 5090.
In the future, it would be great if adapter cables for high-end GPUs could be provided as an additional option for the docking station.

Purchased my SER8 for software development and machine learning. Installed both Fedora 43 Workstation and Windows 11 Pro and both work flawlessly.
I recently had a problem with the audio sound level on the front port so I contacted Beelink support who were responsive and fantastic. "June" was very helpful in resolving my issue and following up!

I"m going to purchase another Mini PC soon, and it will be from Beelink! The quality of the hardware is excellent, but the service is even better!

I am extremely happy with the Beelink ME Mini. The build quality is very nice, and the cooling tower design is really smart. Even under 100% load, the CPU never goes above 60C, and the drives stay below 38C.
How you could improve the product even more:
- Don't include windows, everyone will install truenas, proxmox or linux on this (and pass the savings on to the customer)
- Shouldn’t the fan blow hot air up?
- Better documentation on bios updates. The overview on the blog posts is not good, have a product page with a bios section, changelogs and clear instructions

But overall it is still a clear 5/5 Stars, one of the coolest pieces of hardware I own!

The ser 10 is nice and fast, connections are sufficient. but I have now also ordered the Beelink Mate to complete it. So I am now really enjoying my Beelink ser 10 max.

I installed Linux on the Beelink SER9 Max when it arrived, and I've been using it for video editing, pixel art and making music and it does everything I need it to do with no problems.

It's a great work-station for my needs, and besides that it's also very small and cute!

As a sidenote: Beelink's choice of shipping partner is also excellent, I have grown accustomed to international shipping taking at least two weeks to my country, but it arrived in about 5 days.

Overall everything has exceeded my expectations!
