We offer free shipping for most of the countries. Shipments to certain areas are temporarily unavailable. Please note that we do not cover remote area surcharges.
Orders will be processed within 2-3business days after the payment is successfully processed. The delivery usually take 3-7 working days if customs clearance is no problem. You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
We ship from China generally. But the tariff is not included in the product price. It depands on local customs policies.The customers might need to pay the tax if they are required.
By the way, we do not ship to APO address (armed forces postal office).

1) Customers can cancel the order and require a refund before the product is shipped or produced.
2) Order cancellation is not available after the product is shipped. If customers insist on canceling the order, they are responsible for all the fees generated from sending the package back to our warehouse.
A correct and complete address is necessary for delivery. Once your order is ready for shipment or has been shipped, the delivery address can NOT be changed.
If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we will contact you immediately to change the address. In this case, the customer is responsible for the shipping fee for the re-shipped package.
A valid telephone number is necessary for the delivery address.
Order(s) will be shipped by Beelink. Customers will receive an auto-send shipping information email from Beelink after the order is placed. If customers cannot find the email, please check the spam folder, and add Beelink to the contact list.
