Havent had such pleasant customer service experience in a long time, dedicated people genuinely trying to help by asking smart questions.
The PC itself is solid, but despite its onboard GPU I am a bit disappointed that even legacy titles like SC2 or LoL don't seem to run smoothly at high details. Anyway, bought it mostly for office and light multimedia tasks. For that, great value.

• Very quiet (it sits in my living room)
• Looks good (wife-approved 😉)

Everything works like it should! Communication with the sales department has been excellent so far. The pc itself is small, contains lots of connections and the temperatures are quite low. It might seem small in the eye, but it's a beast regarding performance.
