Bought an ME Pro NAS.
Too beautiful a box to hide away in a cupboard. Setup was simple and Beelink also has a complete set of drivers available in a single download if you happen to want to do a reinstall.
Unfortunately, I am in the process of waiting for a replacement, but fortunately Beelink Customer Support made the process of returning the device as simple as possible covering to cost of shipping to a local agent.
24/7 Customer Service seems an exaggeration. The many communications I have had with them make it apparent they work a long day in China; which sometimes slows down communications, but I think this is a small price to pay for friendly and helpful support.
