Shipping Policy
We offer free shipping to most countries.
Orders will be processed within 2–3 business days after payment is successfully completed. Delivery usually takes 5-7 business days, depending on the destination and local customs clearance.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, along with your tracking number(s).
Warehouse & Duties
Orders to the EU, UK, and United States are typically shipped from local warehouses when available.
For most other regions, orders are shipped from our China warehouse.
Please note that import duties and taxes are not included in the product price. Any applicable customs duties or taxes are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
Additional Shipping Notice (High-Cost Regions)
Due to high international shipping costs, certain regions may require an additional shipping fee.
These regions include (but are not limited to):
Israel, South Africa, Colombia, Chile, Argentina, Qatar, Peru, Maldives, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Panama.
If you wish to place an order from one of these regions, please contact us in advance. We will confirm the shipping cost and provide a payment link for any additional fees.
Orders to these regions may be placed on hold or restricted until the additional shipping fee is confirmed.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Beelink provides a three-year (36-month) limited warranty for consumer electronics products. If due to manufacturing defects (from the date of delivery to the customer), the above categories of items cannot work as advertised, the customer can repair the defective item.
Beelink will be responsible for all maintenance fees and non-artificial defective parts replacement costs.
Note: This warranty does not apply to any accidental damage caused by the user's negligence.
