When recording with Mate Pro connected to a Mac, you may encounter distorted sound or constant buzzing/static noise. This problem is caused by incorrect audio sample rate settings. Switching the sample rate to 48000Hz will resolve the issue completely.
1.Open the system menu and launch Audio MIDI Setup.
2.Select USBAudio1.02, then change its format to 48000Hz.
