How long will it take to get my order?

Orders will be processed within 2-3business days after the payment is successfully processed. We ship in DHL generally, the delivery usually take 3-7 working days if customs clearance is no problem.

Do buyers need to bear the freight and tax?

We ship for free, but Beelink price is exclusive of tariff. The fee depends on local customs policies, but we will try to declare a low price. 

Why am I paying a different price than the one shown on the website?

We settle in US dollars, the prices of other currencies displayed on the website are for reference only. The exact amount paid by the customer is determined by the US exchange rate of the customer's paying bank.

Where will order be shipped?

Our orders are shipping from the China warehouse generally. We also have warehouses in other countries. If there is stock, we will preferentially ship from the warehouse near you.

How do I check the status of my order?

An email with the tracking number will be sent to you after the goods is shipped, please note to check. We'll inform you if there's a major delay.

Why is the US power supply only marked 100-120V?

Our US&JP power supply has a wide input voltage range from 100V to 240V. Although the power supply labels 100V-120V, it is safe to work with power source voltages anywhere between 100V to 240V.
