Shipping Cost& Time
We offer free shipping for most of the countries. Shipments to certain areas are temporarily unavailable. Please note that we do not cover remote area surcharges.
Orders will be shipped within 2-3business days after the payment is successfully processed. We will update the tracking number and the shipping information on the website after the package is dispatched.
The TAX is not included in the product price. The customers might need to pay the tax if they are required. If the items are shipped from EU warehouse or Amazon warehouse, they will not be charged the tax. But the orders will be shipped from different warehouse randomly, it depends on its inventory. Whether you need to pay the tax depends on your local custom rules.
By the way, we do not ship to APO address (armed forces postal office).

Order Cancellation
※ Please contact us first before canceling the order.
1) Customers can cancel the order and require a refund before the product is shipped or produced.
2) Order cancellation is not available after the product is shipped. If customers insist on canceling the order, they are responsible for all the fees generated from sending the package back to our warehouse.
Delivery Address
A correct and complete address is necessary for delivery. Once your order is ready for shipment or has been shipped, the delivery address can NOT be changed.
If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we will contact you immediately to change the address. In this case, the customer is responsible for the shipping fee for the re-shipped package.
A valid telephone number is necessary for the delivery address.
Shipping Notification
