We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. You can always contact us for any return question at support-pc@bee-link.com.
However, there are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased from Beelink:
1. All products must be returned in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible) to ensure full credit.
2.Only items that have been purchased directly from our official website: bee-link.com, can be returned. Products purchased through other channels must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
Shipping Cost
The return or exchange shipping cost incurred for returns due to quality issues will be covered by Beelink Official Store, including logistics fees. For non-quality related warranty claims and return, buyer is responsible for shipping costs. Shipping costs should be covered by the buyer in the following situations:
1. Customer issues (dislike, unwanted)
2. Returning products for any reason other than a proven defect
3. Buyer's accidental returns
4. Returning incorrect items
5. Returning items claimed to have defects but found by Beelink quality control to be in working condition
6. Returning defective items in international shipping
7. Costs associated with unauthorized returns (any returns made outside of the approved warranty process)
Return Process
To start a return, you can contact us at support-pc@bee-link.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return address and shipping notice. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method in 3-4 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
